GENERAL TERMSa) Write in a clear and nice manner.b) Provide neat references.Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.c) New clients/newly created accounts.For security reasons, when contacting me for the first time, specially through a newly created account on any social network, the customer may need to provide at least one other form of contact through an account on another social network, especially an art network (such as FurAffinity, DeviantArt, ToyHouse) that has been established for a longer period.If this is not possible, the commission will only be initiated upon full and advance payment.Additionally, I may charge full or partial payment upfront to first-time customers if I deem it necessary.ᅠII. PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid only after the initial sketch is approved;The currency accepted is USD.The payment method is Paypal.The customer must not leave any comments, notes, or messages on PayPal payments or invoices.
Any comments, compliments, complaints, or inquiries regarding my work or the customer's order must be communicated exclusively through my available communication channels or social media accounts.ᅠIII. PROCESSWIPs will be given if I the artist, wonder something about the commission, and for the customer to make changes.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;
The artist's health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues, etc.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified when possible.Otherwise, the turnaround of each style of the commission is always dependable on the current public queue.ᅠIV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.There's no extra charge or fee for correcting any mistakes in the art process.However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. If the rework is too overbearing, an extra fee may apply.ᅠV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;✤ Promote myself with in any place or site.
✤ Publish books with.
✤ To display it anywhere to my liking.
✤ Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;✤ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
✤ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
✤ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

2. [CHARACTER DESIGNS]Character designs purchased from me and designed by me can be used for;a) Character designs can be changed or altered in other works, once the design is bought, it's yours to do what you want.
I won't re-use the same lineart/concept to resell similar designs.b) You cannot use the original art for merchandising, or webshops (Examples; Redbubble, teepublic, Temu, etc.)
But creating it for your own personal use is allowed. (Phone cases, T-shirts, posters, etc.)c) The unwatermarked image is destined to be only used by its current legal owner; you, the buyer. Unless you decide to resell the design and transfer the rights to someone else.d) After buying, you will receive an un-watermarked file of the digital work. Meaning you cannot be refunded, as you now have the files without protection. However, you can resell the digital work if you later on decide to no longer need it, for the same bought price, or additional amount if the character has aquired more art.e) If you need to 'credit' the designer, leave a link to any of my social media. (Foulfawn on all platforms!)3. [REFUNDS]a) Refunds.Refunds will only be accepted if requested before the client receives and approves the first sketch of their piece or if I, the artist, am unable to complete the work within six months of the allotted time.ᅠ⚠️ ADDENDUMS ⚠️You agree and are aware that the files are digital, and cannot be psychically shipped.The following is considered Copyright infringement:✤ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without previous agreement with me (Meaning profiting off my art in any way without my consent to it.)
✤ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
✤ Removing any watermarks/signatures.
✤ Putting my artwork through AI.
✤ Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.ᅠ
